Our Story

After years of working behind the scenes in fast-paced construction environments, I saw firsthand how much revenue can be lost through delayed billing, inaccurate job costing, and inefficient backend systems. In construction, cash flow is everything—and when invoicing is inconsistent or operations are disorganized, profits suffer.

I realized many subcontractors and construction business owners are so focused on managing crews, projects, and deadlines that the administrative side of the business often gets pushed aside. Progress billing gets delayed, missed or underbilling happens, and inefficient systems create unnecessary stress and lost income.

That’s where Dynamic Virtual Solutions comes in.

My background combines education and real-world experience in operations, process improvement, and construction administration. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management with a minor in Project Management. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in Operations Management as well as a Project Administrator in the utility construction industry. My experience gives me hands on experience in billing, project coordination, workflow development, and operational efficiency.

I specialize in helping subcontractors streamline billing processes, improve job costing accuracy, and build efficient backend systems that protect profits and support growth. From progress billing to SOP creation and workflow optimization, my goal is to create structure and efficiency so your business can run smoother and more profitably.

Starting Dynamic Virtual Solutions allowed me to combine my passion for helping businesses operate more efficiently with the freedom and balance that matter most to me. Living in Montana means having access to incredible outdoor experiences, and I wanted the flexibility to enjoy them while building a business that helps others succeed. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me hiking, backpacking, camping, snowboarding, or spending time with one of my greatest passions—fostering, adopting, and caring for senior dogs.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: help construction business owners protect their profits, improve cash flow, and focus on what they do best.
